Last week I bought quite a few kettlebells and just wanted to let everyone know that I have now got kettlebells to sell.

How many did I buy - oh a few!!
I am getting lots of new clients coming to me for a session to do once every 4-6 weeks where they want to be able to train from home with minimal equipment. For this exact reason the kettlebell is the perfect training tool as its just so versatile.
In the next few months you are going to see more and more people give up their gym membership as they use hardly any of the equipment and they could get better results if they were to train from home. Yes I know if you are a guy looking to bulk up doing just kettlebell workouts along with press ups and chin ups might not cut it but about 70% of the clients I see want to drop fat fast and increase energy levels.
Whats the use in paying for a gym membership when you can invest half your yearly subscription in setting upfor effective home workouts.
Take this video as an example of a very effective home workout -
Me doing another one from home -
If you want to pick one up from me then mail me asap so I hold one for you. I suggest guys go for a 24kg bell and women 12kg but I have had a few clients going for two bells e.g. women getting an 8kg and 12kg and guys getting a 16kg and 24kg. Its up to yourself but a kettlebell is an investment for life and will take up much less space than the ab circle that I saw in one of my clients house when I went to see him after a long time off training -

But she looks so fit it must be amazing! Another sucker for fat loss
If you are unsure on kettlebell form for the swing (a really effective total body and super fat burning exercise) then this video will help
