A skipping rope a mat and me


It’s Sundy, I had 15mins to do a workout before our baby wakes up so I did the following -

5 rounds of –

15 double unders

15 box hops

15 press ups

15 squats

15 sit ups

Then immediately finish with 50 double unders.

The video shows the last 2 rounds and the 50 double unders.

I did this in our back garden and my great wife took care of the baby as I finished off the workout and showered.

Do you need lots of equipment/time to do a good workout and feel refreshed? No, just the will to get it done and the support of your family.

This is a perfect workout that you could do in your local park and modify it according to your own level e.g. just so single skips instead of double unders for 30reps, step onto and off the bench instead of box hops, no excuses on the other three however!
